Because our sculptures are hand-forged iron pieces — some over a metre tall and considerably heavy — they ship via freight rather than standard parcel courier. Delivery timelines are typically longer than standard parcel shipping; we'll confirm an estimated delivery window when your order is placed.
Each piece is handcrafted, so minor variation in finish and patina between pieces is expected and not considered a defect. If your piece arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a resolution.
